How long will your order take?

Processing begins only after your payment has cleared. The estimated delivery timeframe therefore depends on your chosen payment method.

Debit/Credit Card Payments

Card payments typically clear within 1 business day. Once cleared, your order will be processed within 7–10 working days, giving an overall estimated turnaround of 7–10 working days. If you add our Express Service at checkout, your order will be completed within 7 working days. If your chosen hair is already in stock and your order is placed before 12:00 noon, we may be able to process it within 48 hours.

Klarna Payments

Klarna payments typically take up to 8 working days to clear. Your 7–10 working day processing period begins only after the payment has cleared, resulting in an overall estimated turnaround of 15–18 working days. With Express Service added at checkout, the total estimated turnaround is 12–14 working days.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Where is Gracious Hair Designs located?

We are based at Phenix Salon Suites, Suite 122, 7 Flying Horse Walk, Nottingham NG1 2HN, conveniently located in Nottingham city centre.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable by bank transfer before or on the day of your appointment.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited. To book again, a new deposit is required. Appointments can be rescheduled for a £5 administration fee.

What happens if I arrive late?

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, a £10 late fee applies. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please contact us if you are running late.

Should I prepare my hair before my appointment?

Yes. Please arrive with your hair washed, conditioned, and completely dry. Using a leave-in conditioner the night before is recommended to restore moisture. Clients booking braid services should also ensure their hair is fully blow-dried before arriving.

Can I bring my own hair?

Yes, but we recommend purchasing hair through us. We supply premium virgin and raw human hair that has been quality tested. If you choose to bring your own hair, we cannot guarantee its quality or suitability and are not responsible for issues arising from third-party hair.
